Cancellation & Refund

Azul Medical Education Consultants LLP (hereafter referred to as AZMEC) believes in helping our clients as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. In general, under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been not been communicated to us in a timely manner and the services a client has paid for have already been delivered to them.
  • In case the client does not wish to receive our services after payment has been made, AZMEC will refund the full amount of the payment less any service charges and cost of services already rendered within seven (7) days of receiving such requests for a refund.
  • In case you feel that the services received is not as promised or previously indicated on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service or support representatives within 30 days of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by AZMEC, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end client.
